Render cleaning in Guildford
Our client has recently acquired a 10 year old property with render all round. The front and rear of the garage is in a particularly damp area and has attracted algae with has gone very dark with time. Render can’t be pressure washed, it’s too sandy and it would be severely damaged if we were to take such action. Most of the dark staining was removed with the first application of chemicals but it took 4 repeat applications over the course of a few hours and some light agitation with a soft brush to get to this point. Faint marks remain but as this wall is now completely sterilised the marks will disappear over the next few weeks.
