Our client has render all round the property. For simplicity I photoed one section for comparison. Algae is starting to creep in. Right now the algae is green but given enough time it will turn black. Render can’t be pressure washed, it’s too sandy and fragile. Because this algae is fairly fresh we only needed to apply our chemicals with no agitation via brushing needed. The chemicals restore the appearance of the render pretty much instantly. Our chemicals have also sterilised the render meaning that it will take a long time before the algae reappears. Job done!
