This is a great example of how to keep your patio looking great without the need for pressure washing! Our regular client asked us to return after 18 months as his sandstone patio was starting to look quite tired. 18 months prior we needed to jetwash the patio as it was too far gone for a stand alone chemical clean. On this visit all we needed to do was spray our chemical to instantly revive the slabs. This is the result after just 10 minutes! You may notice some stubborn dark stains but they will recede after a month or so. 

Using chemicals to restore the appearance of patios on a regular basis is not only a quick job with fast results but it’s also much more economical in comparison to pressure washing and our chemicals will not disturb the mortar between the slabs! Job done!
